POSTER PREPARATION GUIDELINES: Please download this pdf file for poster preparation guidelines.
Detail of the research that will be presented in poster form should also be submitted in the paper format so that it can be published in the proceedings. Please see the paper preparation guidelines for detail.
AN EXAMPLE POSTER: The following presentation file is prepared using MS-PowerPoint software in Windows XP. Please follow a similar design while making your poster.
NOTE ON POSTER SIZE: Size of posters for IME GRS 2006 is 4 ft long and 3 ft wide. This should be strictly followed.
WHERE TO PRINT POSTER: GRS Committee is trying to arrange a poster printer from WSU College of Engineering (COE). If no printer is found in working condition in COE, we will help poster presenters to print their posters in some other locations.
POSTER PRINTING COST: Support for printing posters will be provided by GRS funds.
POSTER HANGERS: GRS will provide hangers. Please check this website a week before the day of the symposium for exact location of your hanger.
